Grep comes with OS X, so we're moving it to the duplicates branch:

Update formulas to make more idiomatic use of "inreplace", including
its new ability to take a list of files to act on.

This is newer than the OS X provided Grep, and has new features required by
the nice_find plugin for TextMate:
