libvorbis 1.3.3
Upgrade libvorbis to version 1.3.3.
Add the build time dep on `xz` because that's the only tarball.
Remove the unrecognized `--disable-debug` flag.
Tested on Lion with clang and llvm-gcc from XCode-4.3.3.
Closes #12833.
