Fix #52: Add ability to checkout a branch or tag.
GitDownloadStrategy and MercurialDownloadStrategy
now can be used like this:
head 'git://server/repo.git', :branch => 'stable'
head 'hg://server/repo/', :tag => '1.0.4'
