python3 3.4.3
Update to latest stable release, change `--quicktest` option to `--with-quicktest`, move patch explanation and improve grammar, change some single quotes to double, update patch offsets. Closes #37198. Closes #37193. Signed-off-by: Tim D. Smith <git@tim-smith.us>
