Sphinx: Upgrade to 2.0.2-beta
The Sphinx search server is currently at verstion 2.0.2 **beta**, which is
the recommened release according to their [downloads page][1]

Changes included:
- Update MD5 for Sphinx package
- Chnage install args to use `--with-mysql` if `which mysql` finds it,
similar to how the `--with-pgsl` works`
- Add MD5 for included Libstemmer formula
Closes #8840.
