Bump.
They’ve moved away from SourceForge apparently; the old homepage now
perma-redirects to Ghostscript’s homepage, and from there the jbig
homepage informs you the latest release is 0.12 and can be accessed
through the url changed to here.
Looks like someone didn’t put the package through an autoreconf before
publishing - The install-sh symlink is broken and has to be
regenerated. Not sure how we feel about that.
