Revert "llvm: add compiler-rt to clang build"
Compilation fails due to a dynamic linking error, probably caused by our
dylib ID patch. I should have vetted this change better.
This reverts commit 4750b80e0720f68fab611cc80bd2b893ae1bd2ca.
