liblunar 2.2.5
Upgrade liblunar to version 2.2.5.
Add an optional dep on vala.
Add an option to build the python bindings using pygobject + gtk.
Add a build time dep on glib, otherwise it won't configure.
Add a build time dep on pkgconfig.
Closes #14719.
