New formula: openimageio HEAD

OpenImageIO is a library for reading and writing images, and a bunch of related classes, utilities, and applications.

Depends on cmake, ilmbase, openexr, boost
Optionally depends on libpng, libtiff, libjpeg, jasper, qt, glew
