rhash 1.2.9
RHash is used to recursively calculate hashes on files, similar to
md5deep, except that it implements a few more specialized hash
algorithms. Key among these are the ones used in many file-sharing
protocols such as DC++, BitTorrent and others.
Closes #11841.
