dircproxy 1.2.0-RC1
Upgrade dircproxy to version 1.2.0-RC1.
Remove the `mandir` because it installs correctly now.
Add `--enable-ssl` to increase functionality.
Tested with clang and llvm from XCode-4.3.2 on Lion.
