Removed OpenLDAP
OpenLDAP is a system duplicate, so it has been moved to the Homebrew-ALT
repo. To install:
brew install https://github.com/adamv/homebrew-alt/raw/master/duplicates/openldap.rb
(It has also been bumped to 2.4.24, which compiles correctly against BDB 5.x.)
