multimarkdown: Install scripts, support and set CFLAGS
- The executables (scripts) "mmd" and so on are installed correctly now.
- The CFLAGS and CC are needed in order to allow installation of Xcode
without CLT.
- Support files go into the cellar
Closes #12704.
