python3: Quickfix for #15943 & #16320.
- This is a temporary fix which removes the
"Headers", "Python" and "Resources" symlinks
from the `Python.framework`, such that both,
python and python3 can be linked at the same
time.
Closes #16367.
Fixes #16320.
