goffice: add patch for missing pcre_info
Macports uses a patch for goffice to support the current pcre
that doesn't have the symbol `pcre_info` anymore. The patch
changes to use `pcre_fullinfo`. Add the patch. Fixes runtime
bug using gnumeric, failure to lazy symbol load.
