tinyscheme 1.40
TinyScheme is a lightweight Scheme interpreter that implements as large
a subset of R5RS as was possible without getting very large and
complicated.
Upstream do not have access to a Mac, so they recomend patching the
primitive makefile to compile it on Mac OS X (or any other systems).
Closes #11578.
