sdhash 2.3
- Upgrade sdhash to version 2.3.
- Remove the inreplace that tries to use our boost-1.51.
- Instead use their included internal boost-1.49.
- Add a `system 'make', 'boost'` to do so.
- Remove the dep on boost.
- Works well with superenv. Passes `brew test -v sdhash`
