adol-c 2.3.0 and adjust inreplace
Upgrade adol-c to version 2.3.0
Adjust the inreplace to patch configure.ac also, because this
software tends to recreate configure on Lion and wipe out the
changes we inreplaced. Tested using clang and llvm.
