Remove "fixtures/ref1.zip" and "fixtures/ref2.zip"
Seems like these files are no longer used. Originally they were meant to
be used in tests for `WorkbenchImport`, but have been superseded by
"single_reference_import.zip" and "multiple_reference_import.zip".
