Enable verbose compile command in create template.
* Add "--disable-silent-rules" option to autotools-based configure
options.
- Also add comments to notify user removing unrecognized configure
options.
* Add "-DCMAKE_VERBOSE_MAKEFILE=ON" to cmake-based configure options.
