mydumper: MySQL Data Dumper and Loader
* Include install option --without-docs to disable creation of docs
* Include patch to successfully find osx dylibs and ignore glib static libs
* Remove mydumper from tap_migrations.rb
Closes Homebrew/homebrew#45892.
