postinstall: allow write access to cellars in repository.
If HOMEBREW_CELLAR (or HOMEBREW_PREFIX) are children of
HOMEBREW_REPOSITORY it’s important to deny write to the repository and
enable write to the Cellar/prefix afterwards.
