First public release. The `qcd` utility now offers the ability to add,
change, or remove shortcuts on the fly instead of having them hard-coded
into the script.

Added commands:

* `-a` adds a new shortcut to the database
* `-c` changes an existing shortcut's path
* `-r` removes a shortcut
