* Remove STDERR output to fix a display bug in Mutt. When viewing email
that caused 'alias-auto-add' to write to STDERR, the Mutt terminal
would get mangled, forcing users to refresh (Ctrl-L) the screen.
Removing STDERR output eliminates some visibility into errors but
fixes the screen drawing issue.
* Add some new targets to the Makefile
