Subject: lsof - Change URL to a host that is more tolerant

The current URL for the sourcecode points to a
persnickety server that has a DNS configuration
which blocks anyone behind any sort of remotely
complex network infrastructure. The substituted
URL is provided as an alternative by the
persnickety host upon rejecting unworthy clients.
