Big version bump for gpgme, and nudges it over to requiring gpg2 rather
than gpg. The build documentation for gpgme have been strongly
recommending this for quite some time, and MacPorts, Debian and Ubuntu
made this change a while back.

The --with-ssl configuration takes a path to OpenSSL, which wasn't being passed before. This change adds that as a recommended dependency and configures the path properly.
Also adds a test for https if the formula was build with openssl.

Loudmouth has been tapping the system OpenSSL. I was going to keep
offering both, but upstream recommend using GnuTLS instead, so I’ve
just switched to that, externalised the patch to the upstream commit,
and revisioned to get people off of using the depreciated system
OpenSSL.

A local tor installation is neither required for building nor for
running torsocks, so don't depend on it. You can use a remote tor SOCKS
proxy server as well, for example, or a non-homebrew local tor
installation.

Remove "disable-shared" option. The circumstances that led to its
existence are no longer relevant. The current formula builds both
shared and static libraries, which is the norm in Homebrew.
