Pixz (pronounced 'pixie') is a parallel, indexing version of XZ. This
formula successfully builds on OS X 10.8.3. It requires libarchive.
Added an option (--with-docs, hat tip to whoever did the git-cola
formula as well as the helpful folks in IRC) which will build and
install a manpage from the asciidoc source the author included.
Unfortunately, building the docs requires the installation of 2 other
packages, so I decided to keep it optional.

Also get rid of the patch that no longer applies cleanly. It used to do
two things.
1) Remove the -gstabs compiler argument because it wasn't supported on
clang. This has been changed upstream to first check whether the
argument is supported or not.
2) Remove the ccache wrapper. There's an environment variable to control
this behaviour, so use this instead of patching.

Requires a patch to build with clang (no nested functions).
The ltmain.sh was broken due to a faulty Mandriva libtoolize.
Make sure that the OpenMP setting matches what beecrypt has.
Also ensure that all "mandatory" features are enabled.

Doesn't build with clang 425, and no one has noticed.
There's also a newer version which hasn't been submitted.
