Upgrade Zile to version 2.4.7. Add dep on gettext because configure wanted libintl. Remove --man flag. It installs to share/man correctly. Works on Lion and Snow Lep, XCode-4.3.2 and 4.0.2, all compilers. Closes #11273. Signed-off-by: Jack Nagel <jacknagel@gmail.com>
