Some applications require using a catch-all urlpattern that must come last in the list of urlpatterns. If the __debug__ urls come after it, they'll never be hit. Putting the debug_toolbar urls first fixes this, but could possibly shadow an existing url, but the old version of debug toolbar did the same thing.

- Include trailing colons inside translated strings because some languages (eg. French) need a space before the colon. - Normalize capitalization (title-style didn't seem warranted and looked weird in some cases). - Normalize quotes (not very useful, but we had a random mixture of single and double quotes). - Remove msgstr from the English po file because they're identical to msgid by definition.

Judging by issue 469, "copy-paste whatever piece of code I come across without even reading it and then whine" is a popular programming technique. Since I cannot change significantly this behavior, I'm replacing the configuration example with something harmless but slightly obnoxious and adding a warning that will only ever be read by people who don't need it, in an attempt to dam the flow of complaints.
