Subject: vehicle_journey_at_stops: Set `default: 0` on day offset fields

Use a default day offset of `0` for `arrival_day_offset` and
`departure_day_offset`.

By default, it makes sense to think of any at-stop created as occurring
on the current day. If that needs to change, the offset can be
customised.
