Debugging Java Integration (ZipService -> HTTPService -> Object Creation)

   - Created an ErrorFormat concern to see what went wrong in the HTTP call
     as so many things can go wrong due to:

      * Timeout Issues
      * Illegal database setup or cleaning before tests
