         bin/{rake,rails,rspec,spring} in .gitignore
         node_modules/**/bin is covered by node_modules/ in .gitignore

    Rationale:

         bin contentes needed to be in .gitignore (node and spring) are thusly ignored,
         freeing bin/<other> to be shared for (webpack)
